β€’ Reviews inquiries to determine if they meet grievance/appeal definition β€’ Documents, investigates, refers, and coordinates grievances and appeals β€’ Ensures compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements β€’ Independently coordinates resolution with internal/external parties β€’ Participates in workgroup meetings to address trends and process improvements

Requirements

β€’ High School Diploma or GED β€’ 3-5 years of relevant experience β€’ Experience in Customer Service preferred
