Description

• Responsible for the design and implementation of enterprise-level applications. • Facilitate the overall architecture, design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise applications. • Work closely with IT leadership to develop and execute IT Enterprise strategy and vision. • Ensure industry best practices, methodologies, and standards are integrated into all aspects of system design. • Identify new areas of technology opportunity beyond current organizational thinking. • Maintain relationships with vendors and deliver IT Infrastructure platforms and services that support the organization’s mission and business objectives. • Advise IT Leadership on technology trends and industry practices to guide strategy and organizational priorities. • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient, and secure application architectures. • Develop and maintain a comprehensive application architecture strategy that supports MPHC digital transformation initiatives. • Provide technical leadership in evaluating emerging technologies and recommend their adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience; Master’s degree preferred. • 10 years’ experience in a technical lead role in health care. • In compliance with MPHC’s Department of Defense government contract, any/all persons hired for this position will need to verify their US citizenship and complete the required employment eligibility verification upon hire. • There are additional competencies linked to individual contributor, provider, and leadership roles.
