Description

• Support and advise in the design and implementation of the Workday Adaptive Planning system tailored to business requirements. • Lead the day-to-day management of the Workday Adaptive Planning solutions including financial models, dashboards, and reports. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Workday Adaptive Planning platform. • Understand Workday Adaptive Planning product releases and oversee system regression testing. • Stay current with Workday Adaptive Planning updates and best practices, recommending enhancements to improve efficiency. • Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Workday Adaptive Planning. • Support training and change management activities to maximize the effectiveness of the Workday Adaptive Planning system. • Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation. • Manage all other duties as needed or assigned, ensuring flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Health Care, or a related field. • Workday Pro Adaptive Planning Certification • Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams. • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlines. • Leadership qualities that inspire team confidence and respect while motivating team members in a creative and effective manner. • Fortrea may consider relevant and equivalent experience in lieu of educational requirements. • At least 7+ years of experience in product management within the life sciences or software development industry. • Demonstrated leadership and project management skills, with the ability to drive initiatives from conception to implementation. • Solid understanding of corporate products across various Corporate domains. • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle. • Experience managing multiple applications such as procurement, legal, compliance, facilities and etc.
