• The Account Manager’s mission is to promote products by attracting new customers and expanding products and services to existing customers • Supports the business with distribution partners • Covers the region of Małopolskie, Śląskie, Podlaskie, Świętokrzyskie • Designs and implements sales strategies to grow new and existing business • Works according to the Challenger process / profile • Researches prospective customers and identifies the right customer stakeholders to be involved in the purchasing process in collaboration with the distribution partner • Develops a business plan to achieve goals and derives individual goals in collaboration with the distribution partner • Supports public tenders in collaboration with the distribution partner • Participates in the introduction of new products and solutions • Supports to implement the marketing strategy in the region • Provides correct and up to date sales forecasts • Keeps relevant systems like CRM correct and up to date • Actively makes improvement suggestions to Product divisions • Obtains information about competing products • Organises symposia, conferences and regional exhibitions to promote products
• Bachelor degree in business and/or healthcare • Able to quickly build relationships with key people internally and externally • Solid industry experience and knowledge of hospital decision-making processes • Understands tender processes and able to adjust strategy accordingly • Strong drive for results – motivated by high rewards • Well organised and structured • Able to work in a demanding environment • Strong communication and influencing skills • Fluent in English and Polish language
