• Clinical Sales position cooperates with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction through direct contact with distributors and hospitals. • Improve the product portfolio and understand customer needs and future expectations for the product. • Help increase profitability through clinical training and support product reviews with customers. • Collect and analyse financial data and handle multiple projects simultaneously. • Report to the Business Development Manager Eastern Europe. • Support sales team to achieve overall sales growth targets. • Educate customers on the use and clinical application of products. • Provide product training to internal and external stakeholders. • Provide product demonstrations and clinical support during product trials. • Analyse the competitive marketplace and industry trends. • Collect first-hand customer feedback on products for improvement. • Drive local campaigns and portfolio marketing support in partnership with the local marketing manager. • Manage product tests and trials in cooperation with the distributor. • Build strong relationships with partners in the operating theatre.
• Experience as an operating theatre assistant/nurse is an advantage • Analytical approach to problem solving with the ability to be assertive, take initiative and get the job done • Experience in the medical devices branch is a plus • Previous experience within sales, marketing or product management is a plus • Excellent organisational, planning, communication (written and verbal) and follow-up skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Fluency in English (any other language is a big advantage) • Willingness and ability to travel (at least 90%); a category B driving license is required
