📋 Description

• This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to join the Teenage Helpline Youth Services Team, reporting directly into the Youth Services Director. • As Impact Monitoring & Evaluation Manager, you will be directly influencing how the Charity measures its impact on our direct beneficiaries. • You will develop key metrics and monitor progress versus those metrics, escalating concerns or gaps to the Youth Services Director and the broader Youth Services Leadership Team to seek solutions. • This role will produce information that will be delivered directly to the Board of Trustees, ensuring that the most senior leaders of the Charity understand the impact that our services are having on young people.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in a role that has developed and monitored KPI frameworks or assessed charitable impact. • Ability to present information in a clear and concise manner, both written and verbal. • Confidence to deliver information to senior levels of the organisation and in forums of broader staff. • Proficient in the use of key IT software packages, including Office 365 and Microsoft Teams.
