📋 Description
• The Product Manager position reports directly to the Director of Application Engineering. • Key responsibilities of the role include: gathering product requirements from various stakeholders; applying market research; writing agile stories; managing project priorities; performing product demonstrations (for stakeholders and executive officers). • Design product specifications • Coordinate with various stakeholders including brand and marketing, physician groups, hospital administration • Produce Agile stories and acceptance criteria • Participate as a member of an agile team • Participate in Agile ceremonies • Coordinate with engineers and QA analysts • Validate product deliverables • Demonstrate new features • Create executive demo materials. • Performs other duties as assigned • Complies with all WellStar Health System policies, standards of work, and code of conduct.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree Required or ample work experience Required • CSPO certification Upon Hire Required • Minimum 5 years of product management Required • Minimum 2 years in the healthcare or wellness field Required • Minimum 2 years of experience with user health data Required • Experience managing product requirements for an agile team Required • Experience with executive presentations and demos Required • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong collaboration skills • Strong grasp of best practices in the digital healthcare space • Experience with EMR (e.g. Epic) • Experience with Telehealth • Experience with FIHR and HL7 • Experience with planning 3rd party API integrations
