• The Revenue Cycle Analyst Senior serves in an analytical and consultative capacity providing data driven insights and actionable information to drive improvement, increase efficiency, and implement best practices in revenue cycle operations. • Develop high level reporting for management and executive decision making. • Responsible for the development, production and maintenance of reporting for management and executive decision making on a routine basis.

Requirements

• Understanding of Revenue Cycle and associated data analysis - High • Capable of attending meetings and capturing general customer requirements - High • Familiar with storytelling concepts and tools - High • Requires high attention to detail - High • Deep business and data knowledge as well as through process expertise to connect strategy to technology in respective areas of expertise - High • Complex data analysis abilities, strong computer skills, and independent judgement in decision making - High • Capable of using critical thinking to assess executive customer requirements and transforming into relevant insights, executive storytelling using visual tools and developing effective project plans - High • Must use Microsoft Office and demonstrate strong Excel skills - High • Experience with data query and visualization tools like SQL, Power BI or Tableau - High • Experience with Epic Cogito tools - Workbench and Slicer Dicer - High • Experience with Epic Caboodle - High • Experience with Epic Clarity - Med
