📋 Description

• Dasher Retention Marketing team focuses on improving the Dasher experience through education, incentives, and gear access. • As Associate Manager, own International lifecycle communication programs to enhance Dasher quality and retention. • Leverage email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging for business metrics in Australia, New Zealand, and Canada markets. • Collaborate across Product, Strategy, Operations, and Analytics to meet driver needs and business goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6+ years of experience in marketing or growth overall; 3+ years in lifecycle, email, CRM, or retention marketing. International program experience is a plus • Strong analytical skills; able to create data-driven marketing campaigns, experience with SQL a plus • A record of driving business results via cross-channel marketing campaigns • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills • Familiarity with data visualization platforms such as Sigma, Tableau, etc. • Extremely organized, dependable, self-motivated & ability to multi-task • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
