• Farmers with Halter are writing the playbook for a world-first farming system. • Halter helps farmers to grow more grass and graze their land more efficiently. • We are searching for a tenacious sales hunter to lead Halter’s expansion in the South Canterbury market. • This role would ideally be located anywhere in the South Canterbury region. • Your work matters. Requirements

• A connection/deep passion for farming: Someone who has grown up on a farm or has a connection to farming, whether through personal experience or relationships with farmers. • Passion, drive and energy: A natural sales hunter. Someone who is driven to exceed goals in a sales role. • Strong Emotional Intelligence: You must have strong emotional intelligence, with clear examples of self-awareness and social awareness. • Experience in growing new business, owning the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to close.
