Requirements

• BS/BA degree. • M.S. or Ph.D. from a relevant program preferred. • Advanced programming experience (preferably SAS and SQL). • At least 5 years of relevant healthcare actuarial experience. • Minimum of 5-10 years' experience as a data analyst in healthcare. • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Medicare Advantage analytics. • Experience with large volumes of healthcare claims data. • Proven expertise in actuarial practices. • Comprehensive knowledge of ACO dynamics and payer strategies. • Strong problem-solving aptitude. • Effective written and verbal communication skills. • Project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
