• Responsible for researching, gathering, and analyzing data to assign salary levels and job titles. • Assist in the execution and administration of compensation policies and programs. • Develop appropriate job descriptions and maintain database for accessing compensation information. • Participate in salary surveys and analyze survey results. • Evaluate and make recommendations on job positions, promotions, and compensation proposals. • Participate in design and analysis of base, merit, bonus, and commission plans. • Provide support to HR regarding interpretation of compensation practices. • Prepare supporting data for annual salary budget review. • Perform any other job duties as requested.
