📋 Description
• Responsible for researching, gathering, and analyzing data to assign salary levels and job titles. • Assist in the execution and administration of compensation policies and programs. • Develop appropriate job descriptions and maintain database for accessing compensation information. • Participate in salary surveys and analyze survey results. • Evaluate and make recommendations on job positions, promotions, and compensation proposals. • Participate in design and analysis of base, merit, bonus, and commission plans. • Provide support to HR regarding interpretation of compensation practices. • Prepare supporting data for annual salary budget review. • Perform any other job duties as requested.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, human resources or accounting required or equivalent years of experience • 2-4 years’ experience in human resources or equivalent • Intermediate computer skills • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel • Strong attention to detail • Ability to handle superior level of confidentiality concerning employee information • Ability to manage multiple priorities • Strong organizational skills • Excellent written and oral communications skills • Strong customer service and team orientation • Excellent time/project management and prioritization skills • Ability to excel in fluid, dynamic environment • CCP preferred
