Description

• Lead system requirements for Member Benefits and Provider Reimbursement. • Manage and document open issues and develop reports to analyze data. • Plan and implement software releases including testing and training. • Liaise between IT and business areas for IT project specifications. • Review benefits and reimbursement designs and execute test plans. • Audit configurations for accuracy and control.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is required. • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience is preferred. • Minimum of three (3) years health plan experience required. • Two (2) years of configuration or clinical editing software experience required. • Exposure to Facets is preferred.
