📋 Description
• Manage and define system configuration requirements • Responsibility for requirements, definition, document, design, testing, training and implementation support • Develop and utilize reports to analyze data • Identify, manage and document the status of open issues • Review and interpret regulatory items • Develop standard code set and reimbursement design templates • Plan and implement new software releases • Participate in meetings with business owners, users and IT • Lead configuration initiatives in payment policy meetings • Coordinate annual benefit changes • Review, analyze and document effectiveness of existing systems • Audit configuration for accuracy • Anticipate and identify customer needs • Mentor the use of tools to define requirements
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED required • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience preferred • Five (5) years of health plan experience • Three (3) years of configuration or clinical editing software experience required • Preferred exposure to Facets or equivalent system
