📋 Description
• Serve as critical point of contact for end users, providing support to ensure effective use of SAP systems. • Manage incoming tickets and provide technical support such as access management and level 1 and 2 troubleshooting. • Routinely monitor and correct for IDoc failures; coordinate data changes with SMEs. • Manage Solution Documentation within SAP Solution Manager. • Assist with testing for system changes. • Create and maintain SAP Support Knowledge Articles.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an SAP S/4HANA support role with functional understanding in Finance, Procurement, Projects, Sales, and Logistics. • Ability to identify and communicate issues and risks to fellow Team members to facilitate timely resolutions. • Excellent communication skills when working with end users. • Only applicants with valid work permit and /or EU-EFTA will be considered.
