📋 Description
• Maintain and update system setups, including chart of accounts, financial statements, and dealership operations structures • Ensure accurate service, parts, body shop, and sales operations setups for optimal financial and operational reporting • Support acquisition and divestiture transitions by maintaining system structures and reporting • Assist in standardization projects across all systems • Develop and maintain an instructional guide (playbook) for system maintenance • Ensure internal controls are in place and functioning effectively • Collaborate with Corporate Accounting, Consolidation, Tax, and Dealership Accounting teams

• Strong attention to detail and ability to make decisive decisions • Sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (or commensurate experience)
