• Support a government customer as the Agile Business Analyst • Work with a Government Product Owner to define business requirements • Manage the Agile Team’s Product Backlog • Facilitate requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders • Use Agile Project Management Software for backlog management • Ensure documentation meets acceptance criteria • Act as a proxy for the Product Owner
🎯 Requirements
• Active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain one • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience for Mid Business/Systems Analyst • Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of relevant experience for Senior Business/Systems Analyst • Experience working with Agile teams using Scrum or scaling implementations such as ASF or SAFe • Awareness and experience with User Story composition • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Experience in technical writing for clear documentation • Excellent analytical skills • Ability to work independently and interact regularly with stakeholders
