• Provides mid-level technical support for HP GreenLake and hybrid cloud solutions. • Troubleshoots escalated issues and maintains critical infrastructure systems. • Serves as a technical resource and customer-facing professional. • Ensures problems are resolved promptly and documentation is clear. • Commits to proactive support and collaboration with higher-tier engineers.
🎯 Requirements
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2012 R2, 2016, 2019, and 2022 • Deep experience with VMware vSphere, ESXi (6.5 – 8.x), and vCenter • Working knowledge of Linux OS administration • Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and clustering • Experience in Cloud administration (AWS and/or Azure) • Solid troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills • Strong communication and customer service focus • Experience supporting Hyper-V environments • Familiarity with Scripting or automation tools (PowerShell, Bash, etc.) • Understanding of hybrid IT environments and connectivity models
