Description

• Perform evidence based research on Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnostic and Treatment (EPSDT) to understand common barriers to completion and evidence based interventions • Collaborate with key business owners to understand current business processes • Review internal and external data to understand year over year performance for key measures • Perform data analyses to understand common characteristics of non-compliant population, including SDOH • Develop insights and recommendations based on data review and analysis and present findings to business partners and leadership • Determine targeted member interventions and solutions to improve performance in EPSDT metrics

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required • Current college / university undergraduate or graduate student in an accredited degree program is required • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite to include Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Good written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work independently and within a team environment • Effective listening and critical thinking skills • Dependable, flexible and ability to maintain confidential information • Effective problem-solving skills with attention to detail
