📋 Description
• Collaborate with the Business Integration team to integrate new products into grievance and appeals. • Support management and execution of new market implementations. • Provide weekly reports to leadership on implementation progress. • Ensure testing plans are incorporated into project plans. • Drive resolution processes for rapid resolution of issues in implementations.
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma required. • Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems or equivalent preferred. • Minimum of two years of customer service experience related to healthcare payer. • Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications required. • Experience with SAS and SharePoint preferred. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required. • Ability to analyze processes and produce recommendations for improvements required.
