📋 Description

• What’s the opportunity? • cargo.one is the premier digital platform enabling freight forwarders to search, compare, and book air freight capacities across multiple airlines. • Our product, with an impressive NPS of +65, is beloved by thousands of freight forwarders worldwide. • As an (Jr/Mid) Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing a specific region and a portfolio of customers. • Your primary goal will be to grow our customer base within your region. • Join us now and play a pivotal role in cargo.one’s growth story! • You can work from (almost) anywhere in Spain. • A snapshot of what you will be doing here: Take ownership of the growth in your region by selling cargo.one pro to local freight forwarder teams. • Carry a quota and drive sales deals full-cycle, from initial call to demo to closing. • Work with our product and marketing teams to both improve the product and local and global marketing campaigns to facilitate rapid expansion. • Be the voice of freight forwarders in your region and work together with our product team to make sure our offering meets their needs. • Represent cargo.one in your local region as an entrepreneurial ambassador. • Build strong relationships with the local freight forwarders. • Ensure our offerings are competitive and collaborate with local partners to provide the best customer experience.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance, fast-paced environment (sales experience is a plus but not required). • An entrepreneurial drive with the ability to make decisions in challenging environments. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to build relationships and trust quickly. • Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to thinking. • Willingness to embrace uncertainty and display a high level of adaptability. • Strong growth mentality and bias for action. • Willingness to travel and flexibility regarding work location. • Ability to learn and be open to accepting feedback, generously giving their own in return. • Fluency in English and native proficiency in Italian.
