Description

• The Business Management Sales Intern will have insight into the Confections Industry. • The Intern will support the convenience channel and learn sales, analytics, trade fund management, promotional planning, and deduction management. • Location: Remote but must be local to Austin, TX, Waco, TX or Central Texas. • Training: On-the-job training throughout the program, ensuring the intern has the skills to excel. • Mentoring: The intern will receive a mentor, a source of information and guidance. • Exposure: Real-world knowledge of working with clients and managing a major retail account. • Strategic Business Planning: The intern will witness the strategic business planning process and help to manage the workflow. • Full Circle Business Management: The intern will have hands-on experience managing the workflow from planning through post analytics.

Requirements

• High school education required • Local to Central Texas • Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university • Basic computer and email ability required; willing to accept training
