β’ Grow equipment sales in industrial natural refrigeration and heat pump segments. β’ Build and maintain partnerships with contractors and local installers. β’ Extend industrial business model by offering service contracts. β’ Sell equipment through promotion and customer advising. β’ Support contractors with selection and calculations for projects. β’ Develop strong pipeline and close opportunities for CO2 cooling and heating.
β’ Relevant technical education such as mechanical engineer or similar. β’ Business education is a plus. β’ Good knowledge of business and sales project management is a must. β’ 4-5 years of experience from refrigeration or HVAC related industry. β’ Document focus on sales and customer relationships. β’ Experience with CO2 refrigerant cooling is an advantage. β’ Technical project sales and sales project management skills. β’ Extensive knowledge of the refrigeration industry. β’ Experience with tools like Salesforce or similar. β’ Knowledge of digital tools for sales such as LinkedIn, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint. β’ Language proficiency in Dutch and English. β’ Open mind for entering new markets. β’ Resilience and a can-do attitude. β’ Passion for winning.
