📋 Description

• Lead the development of customized solutions based on customer feedback and market trends. • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions. • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features, benefits, and advantages. • Create and deliver compelling technical proposals and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs). • Provide technical expertise and support during the sales process, including answering technical questions and resolving issues. • Engage with customers to gather technical requirements and assess their needs. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and to foster long-term partnerships. • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure that solutions are feasible and meet customer expectations. • Stay up to date with industry trends, product developments, and competitive landscape. • Provide feedback to product management and development teams based on customer insights and market demands.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science. • 8+ years of experience in a sales engineering, technical consulting or consulting engineering. • Ability to travel 30%. • Strong understanding of HVAC systems. • Experience in a customer-facing role with a track record of successful project delivery. • Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets. • Experience with CRM systems and sales processes. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively. • Ability to work collaboratively with sales, engineering, and product teams. • Willingness to travel to customer sites and industry events as required.
