Description

• As Digital Systems Administrator, drive development and adoption of digital platforms. • Help continually improve and enhance platforms through collaboration. • Prioritize user experience and address support tickets, training, and solution design. • Support digital transformation and learn new business processes to translate into technical solutions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED. • 6 months of Salesforce experience. • 2+ years of experience with inside sales, sales support, technical support, training, or a sales analyst role. • Bachelor’s degree (preferred). • Certified Salesforce Administrator (preferred). • User experience with JD Edwards, PowerBI and other Microsoft Applications (preferred). • Excellent time management, analytical, detail-oriented, and communication skills (preferred). • Some knowledge of the transportation industry (preferred). • Ability to communicate and resolve problems effectively (preferred). • A proactive attitude to platform enhancements (preferred). • A desire to implement best practice digital solutions (preferred). • Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels (preferred).
