Description
• As a remote-first and cloud-native organization, Talkiatry relies entirely on SaaS infrastructure to operate effectively. • You will be part of a group developing the ServiceNow environment for Talkiatry. • You will work under the direction of our Senior Systems Administrator in charge of ServiceNow. • Maintain and monitor security controls to ensure HIPAA compliance and isolation of confidential data. • Develop knowledgebase items for new ServiceNow features and functionality.
Requirements
• A four-year college degree preferably related to IT or Computer Science OR a minimum two years of progressive and demonstrable experience in an Administrator/Engineer role (Systems, SaaS, Device, Server, etc.) • Minimum one (1) year of experience as a ServiceNow administrator. • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. • Confident self-starter; able to work autonomously.
