• Develops program plans, schedules, and budgets. • Supports strategic planning efforts, solutions for program problems, and long-term strategy. • Knowledge of Excel, R and SQL; familiarity with business intelligence tools. • Translation of key performance indicators into actionable reporting and metrics. • Consolidates and presents plans and progress reports. • Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP, JDE, Oracle) • Supports the development of new business growth strategies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of computer science, statistics, data management, and/or operations. • Masters’ Degree preferred • 5+ years of computer science, statistics, data management, and/or operations preferred • Strong written and oral communication skills • Ability to influence, collaborate and work across all levels of the organization • High degree of independence • Problem solving attitude with focus on teamwork • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Office, PowerPoint)
