• Carrot Fertility is seeking a passionate and customer-oriented Associate Solutions Consultant • Serve as a plan design, product, and service offering expert for the Commercial team • Has a deep understanding of how all facets of the plan design work together • Serves as a collaborative partner across all sales channels • Supports Senior Solutions Consultants and Solutions Architects • Provides on-demand deal support
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of customer-facing experience • Experience in the employer health and benefits or health tech space • Experience in a high-growth, fast-changing environment • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and in a team • Ability to travel
