• We are a fast-growing real estate investment company specializing in real estate investment in North Carolina. • Seeking a highly organized and results-driven Real Estate Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our real estate investment operations. • Responsible for streamlining operations, managing acquisitions and dispositions process, maintaining financial oversight, and ensuring that all aspects of our real estate transactions are running as projected or better. • Devise and implement scaling strategies with the team to ensure growth and profitability. • Opportunity for a strategic thinker and problem solver with a passion for real estate.

🎯 Requirements

• Ensure that all projects are running on schedule and meet or exceed projections. • Optimize and implement scalable operational systems for both front-end and back-end functions. • Provide regular project status reports and maintain financial projections. • Assist full-cycle operations from acquisitions to dispositions. • Analyze real estate transactions in real time and sign off on deals. • Lead team meetings to track progress and align teams toward company goals. • Act as the primary liaison for wholesalers, investors, and key stakeholders. • Oversee the day-to-day business operations, ensuring steady deal flow, project execution, and financial readiness. • Support construction teams by handling immediate operational needs and ensuring resources are available. • Negotiate deals and contracts effectively to maximize profitability. • Build and execute strategy to scale operations to multiple states.
