Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred). • 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in the tech or real estate sectors. • Proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting or exceeding revenue targets. • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and digital marketing tools. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels. • Experience leading and managing a team, with strong leadership and mentoring skills. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. • Highly organized, with strong project management skills and attention to detail. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on results. • Passion for technology, real estate, and innovation, with a keen understanding of market trends and customer needs.
