📋 Description
• Senior technical contributor to Fulfillment Production Support team • Requires significant experience in design, implementation, operations, and troubleshooting of software platforms and processes • Design and implement technology solutions to increase throughput and units-per-hour metrics • Lead investigation and root cause analysis of production issues • Collaborate with software engineering teams to design, test, and rollout new software capabilities • Provide technical mentorship for new or junior members of the team • Participate in the teams on-call rotation
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years in systems design, implementation, and operations of 24/7 production systems • 3+ years production support within distribution, fulfillment, logistics, or other environments with high daily volume. • Ability to write, troubleshoot, and optimize SQL statements and stored procedures against production databases • Familiarity with monitoring and managing cloud-based services, assessing system resources including memory, CPU utilization, I/O latency, and disk/storage capacity utilization • Ability to rapidly learn and troubleshoot third-party infrastructure software • Working knowledge of network protocols and server-to-server communication techniques to transmit and synchronize processes and data across distinct software platforms. • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with software engineering, facilities operation, sales, client services, and finance
