📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Customer Support team. • Ensure exceptional customer experiences and adherence to service level agreements. • Identify and implement team analytics for continuous improvement. • Mentor and coach team members to meet performance goals. • Monitor and ensure closure of deliverables and process quality.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years of team lead or supervisory call center experience. • Knowledge of Gordian products and support escalation processes. • Strong work ethics and ability to maintain confidentiality of information. • Effective supervisory skills: planning, organizing, monitoring, and coaching. • Ability to think and work independently within broad principles and procedures. • Ability to work well under pressure. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Strong computer knowledge. • Strong critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations, make informed decisions, and guide the team towards effective problem-solving. • Exceptional organizational skills to efficiently manage tasks, coordinate team activities, and ensure smooth operations within the team.
