🎯 Requirements

β€’ 2-5 years of team lead or supervisory call center experience. β€’ Knowledge of Gordian products and support escalation processes. β€’ Strong work ethics and ability to maintain confidentiality of information. β€’ Effective supervisory skills: planning, organizing, monitoring, and coaching. β€’ Ability to think and work independently within broad principles and procedures. β€’ Ability to work well under pressure. β€’ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. β€’ Strong computer knowledge. β€’ Strong critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations, make informed decisions, and guide the team towards effective problem-solving. β€’ Exceptional organizational skills to efficiently manage tasks, coordinate team activities, and ensure smooth operations within the team.
