Description

• Acquire new B2B customers (real estate agencies/brokerages and developers); • Perform outbound sales through cold calling & cold emailing, events; • Perform inbound sales through sign-ups; • Organize and give product demos to potential customers, through online video meetings and/or in-person; • Ensure that all information relating to Client accounts are updated onto the CRM tools used; • Collect feedback and communicate it to the Product Management team; • Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings; • Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives; • Research our potential leads for a more tailored approach; • Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones; • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support; • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers; • Leverage social media to research leads and identify potential clients.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in sales (preferably B2B and SaaS) • Ability to understand technology for real estate professionals • Native Italian and fluent English • Service-oriented mindset • Start-up mindset • Curiosity, strong growth mindset, ability to learn fast • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Empathetic with the ability to understand the pains of clients and help with our solutions
