Description

• Be the main go-to-person for our clients from a portfolio assigned to you, most of whom are real estate agencies/brokerages • Organise and conduct workshops, training sessions, and webinars for existing clients on new product features • Onboard new members of our client's teams • Build relationships with decision and opinion makers in each agency of your portfolio • Help conduct product/customer interviews to understand real problems and workflows; consulting clients on our solutions or formulating feedback for our product team.

Requirements

• Applicants must be a fluent Italian speaker • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English • The ability to build and maintain strong professional business relationships • 2+ years of experience in real estate (preferably in a brokerage/agency) • Love for real estate • Deep understanding of workflows and dynamics in transactions between brokerages/agencies • Understanding/experience with technology for real estate professionals • Service-oriented mindset, keen to solve customer problems and great at providing solutions to problems • Self-disciplined, organized • Ability to multitask, work and focus under pressure • Curiosity, strong growth mindset, ability to learn fast • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Empathetic, desire to help and support clients
