Description
• Play a vital role in building a culture of integrity and accountability at Cask. • Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive ethics and compliance program. • Monitor adherence to federal regulations and conduct investigations. • Manage conflict-of-interest matters and drive commitment to ethical excellence.
Requirements
• In-depth knowledge of compliance in government contracting (e.g., conflicts of interest, FCPA). • Proven experience in cross-department consensus and managing strategic change. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Skilled in communication with senior leaders and C-suite executives. • Demonstrated leadership, judgment, and attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain organized documentation.
