β€’ WinnCompanies is searching for a Compliance Family Self Sufficiency Coordinator (FSS) to join our corporate team. β€’ In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing Family Self Sufficiency (FSS) escrow fund coordination and management in partnership with our Connected Communities team, ensuring accurate and timely distribution of FSS escrow funds, and working on other grant initiatives. β€’ Please note that this is a 100% remote job, and applicants must reside in a state that Winn operates in. This position offers a pay rate of $32.24 per hour. The selected candidate will adhere to the following schedule: Monday through Friday, from 8:00AM to 5:00PM. Additionally, applications will be accepted until November 19th, 2024 at 4pm EST.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree. β€’ 3-5 years of relevant work experience. β€’ 3-5 years of PBS8, including 50059 form experience. β€’ Experience with computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office Suites. β€’ Ability to produce complex documents, perform analysis and maintain databases. β€’ Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. β€’ Excellent customer service skills. β€’ Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks. β€’ Ability to adapt successfully to changing situations and environments.
