• Proven experience in customer account management including execution of upsell, value realization and customer planning. • 5+ years of experience as an Account Manager or Account Executive • Ability to identify key contacts, understand client needs, and tailor proposals to address those needs. • Demonstrated success in negotiation and closing, with a commitment to long-term customer satisfaction. • Experience with Kubernetes, sales lifecycle, and Cloud space is a significant plus
