Description

• Work with our most strategic customers in Israel to accelerate onboarding of production clusters. • Handle queries ranging from cluster configuration troubleshooting to optimization guidance. • Partner with the technical account manager to accelerate time to value for our customers. • Act as a trusted technical advisor for our customers, providing optimization guidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in a DevOps/SRE/CloudOps role in AWS/GCP/Azure with a strong focus on managed Kubernetes. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Certifications (AWS certified solutions architect/CKA/CKS) highly desired.
