• Customer Success role as a Technical Account Manager at CAST AI. • Responsible for technical leadership and onboarding new customers. • Own and drive the renewal process to closure. • Lead business reviews showcasing value. • Continuous up-skilling and achieving CKAD certification within 6 months.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum of 2-3 years hands-on experience working with Kubernetes. • CKAD and/or CKA certification(s) is an immense advantage. • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in cloud computing, focusing on major platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. • Strong problem-solving skills and technical acumen. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Located in the East of USA.
