Description

• Develop a suite of products that revolutionize back-office operations of the entertainment industry. • Lead the discovery and delivery of next-gen solutions. • Drive product success in North America. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in HR or Workforce Management. • Expertise in UX design systems, with a proven track record of implementing effective user interfaces and improving user experience in software products. • Strong proficiency in strategic planning, user research (both generative and evaluative), and data analysis. • Hands-on experience with analytics instrumentation tools and familiarity with leading-edge design and prototyping tools. • Proven leadership skills with experience managing product teams and guiding large-scale projects. • Certifications: CSPO, PSPO, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, Generative AI/ML technologies preferred. • Prior leadership role as a Principal, Group Product Manager, or Senior PM managing large user bases. • Experience in managing direct reports. • Familiarity with the Canadian market and Entertainment Industry is preferred.
