📋 Description

• The National Medical Director is a key leader on the Catasys medical team. • Responsible for demonstrating the value of Catasys clinical product and services. • Influencing acquisition of new accounts and retention and expansion of existing accounts. • Works closely with sales and client partnership teams. • Represents Catasys authentically and with conviction. • Collaborates across business areas to support divisions including care community and digital technology. • Requires strong presentation and communication skills, behavioral health and chronic disease knowledge, and the ability to form C-level relationships.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of medical leadership in health plan or provider side, managing teams, with responsibility for value-based care (population health, cost management) • 3+ years of direct patient care in clinical practice • Strong record and competency with public speaking engagements • Direct experience with managed care organizations including familiarity with structure, roles, medical management priorities, CM and UM. • Clinical research experience/knowledge of study design and methods • High business and clinical acumen, flexibility, superior communication skills, ability to build strong relationships.
