• Team CATHEXIS elevates the government contracting experience through rapid response, deep skill, and thoughtful problem-solving and communication based on customer requirements. • Our core capabilities are our top-tier program and project management, learning solutions, performance improvement and business process redesign, data analytics and visualization, and audit services. • We are looking for a dynamic Associate Program Analyst to join our team! • The Associate Program Analyst will primarily provide administrative support to the Events Management Team in supporting OTED client teams. • Responsibilities include performing administrative and programmatic support, attending client meetings, preparing meeting minutes, and managing SharePoint files. • The role may require travel with the client team to provide on-site collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) with 0-2 years of experience providing similar administrative support; or • Associate Degree with 3 years of experience providing similar administrative support; or • 4-7 years of experience with no education requirement • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel • Experience with Asana, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Adobe Pro • Availability to work (primarily remotely) from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET, Monday-Fridays. • Ability to travel with the team/client multiple times per year. • Ability to obtain a minimum of NACI (National Agency Check with Inquiries) for a Veterans Affairs Public Trust Clearance
