Description
• Team CATHEXIS elevates the government contracting experience through rapid response, deep skill, and thoughtful problem-solving and communication based on customer requirements. • The Principal Program Analyst will serve as a Project Lead and People Manager, providing portfolio and project planning support to Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) client teams. • The position will play an integral role as a liaison between key client stakeholders and multiple CATHEXIS Operations Managers and workstreams. • The Principal Program Analyst may manage, mentor, and develop Senior Program Analyst(s), Program Analyst(s), Subcontractor(s), and/or Associate Program Analyst(s). • This position will partner with the Operations Manager to build an innovative and collaborative team culture that reflects CATHEXIS’ values in their work.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) • 8 years of experience with a BS/BA • 6 years of experience with a MS/MA • 1 year of experience with a PhD • 0-3 years of experience of management experience • Proven experience operating in a research and data-driven atmosphere • Advanced Project Management experience • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel • Demonstrated knowledge of AP style guide and ability to edit according to AP Style Guide and published standards • Able to obtain a minimum of NACI (National Agency Check with Inquiries) for a Veterans Affairs Public Trust Clearance • Availability to work (primarily remotely) from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET, Monday-Friday
