• Provide support in the administration of employee benefits programs. • Analyze, audit, and ensure compliance with company policies. • Respond to employee inquiries regarding plans, eligibility, and claims processes. • Manage renewals and participate in benefits-related projects.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience. • 5+ years of experience in benefits and 401k administration or a related HR role. • Experience with benefits data analysis and reporting. • Knowledge of federal and state regulations governing employee benefits.
