Description

• Team CATHEXIS elevates the government contracting experience through rapid response, deep skill, and thoughtful problem-solving and communication based on customer requirements. • Our core capabilities are top-tier program and project management, learning solutions, performance improvement, data analytics and visualization, and audit services. • The Senior Program Analyst will serve as a Project Lead, providing program/project and event planning support to the Events Management Team in support of the Outreach, Transition, and Economic Development Transition Assistance Program.

Requirements

• 1+ years of relevant experience and a PhD • 3+ years of relevant experience and an MS/MA; or • 5+ years of relevant experience and a BS/BA; or • 15+ years of relevant experience and Associates Degree/no degree • 3+ years managing personnel • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Pro, and Excel • Experience with Asana, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and PowerBI • Availability to work (primarily remotely) from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET, Monday-Fridays. • Ability to travel with the team/client multiple times per year • Ability to obtain a minimum of NACI (National Agency Check with Inquiries) for a Veterans Affairs Public Trust Clearance
