Description

• Team CATHEXIS enhances government contracting experiences through rapid response and problem-solving. • Looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to support VA Quality Compliance. • Develop, implement, and maintain a QA program aligning with VA requirements. • Ensure testing complies with federal regulations and VA-specific standards. • Identify QA process improvements for efficiency and effectiveness. • Provide support for the Quality Assurance Team Program Manager. • Serve as a contact for quality assurance matters related to VA clients. • Prepare reports on QA activities and findings for management. • Identify risks to quality and develop mitigation strategies. • Maintain documentation for quality assurance activities and procedures. • Support meetings and document key decisions and actions. • Conduct quality reviews of deliverables for the VA client. • Ensure project deliverables adhere to scopes and schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) or higher • Minimum five years of experience in government contracting, auditing, or government evaluation • Proficient in Microsoft 365 products (SharePoint, Power Apps, MS Forms, Power BI, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Proficiency in Asana to build project plans, coordinate tasks, and ensure effective completion of tasks to expected deadlines • Able to obtain a minimum of NACI (National Agency Check with Inquiries) for a Veterans Affairs Public Trust Clearance • Able to work independently • Able to deliver error-free work • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment • 5+ years of experience with BS/BA • 3+ years of experience with MA/MBA/MS • 1+ year of experience with PhD
