• We are looking for a Product Manager to serve as a key member of the product function at Causal, deeply understand the customers and their needs, and shape the product roadmap to build a world-class product, enabling Causal to achieve its vision.

Requirements

• Be Startup Savvy: You've gained experience working at a Series A to C startup, thriving in fast-paced and dynamic environments. • Have a Basic Finance Background and Excel Skills: The ideal candidate will have experience in either consulting, finance or FP&A, where they worked with spreadsheets regularly. • Have a Strong Educational Background: You hold a Bachelor's degree and excel at analytical thinking. • Thrive in Ambiguity: You excel in dynamic environments where not everything is fully defined. You confidently navigate uncertainty, take initiative, and make decisions that drive projects forward. • Have Product Management Experience: The ideal candidate will have product management experience at a fast-growing technology company & a proven track record of having successfully shipped large scope products with impact.
