Description

• The product owner is responsible for the ownership and managing of the backlog for their assigned value stream(s) • Develop strong relationships with UI/UX teams • Actively involved in initiative and epic refinement as an integral member of the Product Management team • Responsible for building, editing, and maintaining the team backlog • Review and prioritize the backlog as part of the preparatory work for release and sprint planning • Collaborate with team to detail user stories with acceptance criteria • Understand the scope of needed research spikes • Collaborate with team and any other stakeholders in the team demo • Lead and participate in the appropriate agile ceremonies

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • 4+ years of progressive experience in business analysis, product ownership, product planning, product management, or public safety • This position is subject to working in high security areas governed by the US Department of Justice's "Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Security Policy" and therefore requires successfully passing a more stringent fingerprint background check administered by Motorola Solutions Inc. customers • Under 10% travel requirements
