Description
• Lead the enhancement of FoxHire’s software solutions and take ownership of the product lifecycle • Collaborate with the Vice President of Product, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders • Ensure alignment with company goals and customer needs • Lead research, design, and implementation of product updates • Partner with stakeholders on select product initiatives • Prepare for and lead weekly product update meetings • Participate in sales calls to demo proprietary software • Facilitate and respond to customer submissions via their portals • Test new software features and debug issues • Engage with recruiters, contractors, and clients for feedback and new features • Monitor user interactions to identify areas for enhancement • Utilize platforms to demonstrate new or updated feature designs • Develop metrics to track customer engagement and manage priorities • Create training guides and videos for new product features
Requirements
• 2 to 4 year degree preferred or equivalent experience • 3-5 years of experience in product management, development, or a related field • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams • Proficiency in project management tools like Jira and design tools like Whimsical and Figma • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to improve product performance • A proactive attitude with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation
