Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field •5+ years of product management experience focusing on data products, with at least 2 years involving AI/ML data preparation •Proficiency with Lakehouse architectures and Databricks •Strong understanding of data ingestion, ETL processes, data warehousing, and data preparation for AI/ML •Experience with products leveraging big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) •Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and tools is a plus •Technical background in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory •Proven experience managing products in an agile environment •Proficiency with agile tools such as Jira and Confluence •Ability to create user stories, manage sprints, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve outcome-focused goals •Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities •Strong communication and interpersonal skills •Outcome-driven mindset with the ability to align teams towards common objectives
